  1. First--it's my favorite holiday to spend with family.
We travel 4.5 hours to my grandma and grandpas house in Wadena, which is located in Northeast Iowa.
My tradition is to eat 1-2 pieces of my grandma's apple pie first and then fill up on all the other stuff after that. My second tradition is to grab a pillow off the couch and find a spot on the floor in front of the tv to take a nap after lunch while the Detroit Lions are playing.
Have a Great holiday and Enjoy your family!!!!

  5. Oh I love Thanksgiving!! :) It's because my older brother and sister comes home! (Jae and Melissa) We always have a HUGE feast because my brother eats alot since he says that college food isn't as great as mom's dinner! We eat alot of food and after that, my dad will go on the living room floor and will usually lie down for a nap. My siblings and I always play Xbox 360. Then when it is later that evening, we are still stuffed so we eat snacks and watch some movies that we all like! :)

  6. Means my parents are divorced, my Thanksgiving's are never consistant. I either go to Sioux City to my dad's or my step-grandparents, my grandparents house in Alta, my house with my mom, my grandparents house here in Newell, or I go down to Boone to my step-dad's mom's house. If I go to my dad's, we always do out Christmas picture and family pictures now. Thanksgiving is always a time for long distance family to come and visit. Thanksgiving is probably one of my favorite holidays becaue my Grandma Marlene makes her homemade rolls, My Grandma Pam makes homemade stuffing, and my Step-Grandma Janet makes awesome gravy!
